Tools and Choice

We have a lot of tools around for our use cases. We all have our own opinions and a set of tools we use.
All tools have their own pros and cons. Everyone is comfortable with their choice.
We don't have to advertise the cons or complexity as an attribute of a tool. We can just say YES this is a flaw but we have a short work around for it. And that I am comfortable with it.
